Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank, Indore invited applications from Indian citizen for Recruitment to 212 Posts of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The candidates who have been declared qualified at the online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2013 are eligible for the post, and they can apply online on or before 10 February 2014.

Application Fee

Candidates of both the posts have to pay a non-refundable application fee as follow:

•    Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates

•    Rs. 100/- for all others

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility is to be considered as per RRBs CWE – II conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in the month of September/October 2013, as the selection will be made based on the same.


Selection Procedure

Selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in RRBs Online CWE – II conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in the month of September/October 2013 (which result had been declared on 05 November 2013), and their performance in Personal Interview that will be conducted by  Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank.
